Damn it.  I'm sick.  So - I'm not going to workout today and the rest of the week is up in the air.  I really needed a solid training week too, oh well - there goes my workout goals for this week.

I did not make all my goals for last week but I did an extra race (bike TT) that was not planned in.

Goals were:

2 swims with 105 min total - DID 2 SWIMS WITH 120 MINUTES

3 bike rides with 180 min total - DID 2 RIDES ONLY WITH 110 MINUTES

2 runs with 65 min total PLUS a 5K race where I hope to get a PB and go below 29 minutes. - DID 2 RUNS WITH 56 MINUTES TOTAL PLUS THE 5K RACE ( NO PB BUT SUB 30 AGAIN - 29:43

My goals for this week (june 18 to 24)

bike 3 session 3.5hr (did 3 sessions, 3:15)

swim 2 sessions 1.5 hr (did 2 sessions, 1.5 Met)

run 4 sessions 2.5 hr (did 4 sessions, 3hr Met)

Goals for June 26 through July 1)

bike 3 sessions, 4:00

swim 2 sessions, 1:40

run 4 sessions, 3:30

I'm feeling a lot better this week.  So, I guess I made my goal for last week. 

My goals for this week:

Bike - 35 miles
Swim - 2,000 meters
Run - 10 miles

That includes the distances for my tri on Sunday.
