I'm working on in Tritwin,  If anyone gets there first let me know please.  Between attempting to train, tiling one hallway, currently knocking out tile in kitchen and dining room and pantry and other hallway (so I can tile those) can't forget tearing the cabinets out to refinish and new granite countertops ( the one we put in last year is SO last year) I will get to the list.  I have figured out how on a spreadsheet, but not the list yet.

Hey I was just wondering if anyone new how to make a quick link list of our team??? That would be cool if someone could do that!!!

Never fear. Just thank your friendly neighborhood vampire. See we can't really eat the undead nor do we have any real problem with you since... well were kinda undead too.

The Living Dead Team Line Up:

  1. 1sttimetri
  2. Comet the Dog
  3. ell-in-or
  4. Hazmaster
  5. Marymosc13
  6. Misscullen
  7. Sailing4
  8. Sassafras
  9. StartingtoTri
  10. Tritwinmom
  11. Yogin61

  12. Yogin61 doesn't allow everyone to see the logs so I didn't add the link. Oh and we'll still win

Better watch your six, as Team Werewolves/TAN is going to bite your butts in this challenge:

Also, I've NEVER seen a fast zombie. EVER.

SLOW and STEADY wins the race, and we have the silver bullet!

Too bad your fingers have rotted off so you can't shoot.

Hmmmmm, by the looks of your werewolf, it appears that IT was getting it from behind from a different team!  Perhaps the Creepy Crawlies?? OUCH!!

This challenge started on the wrong day!  I swim tonight after work but I may go for a quickie tonight after the swim.  It is RAINING so hard today.  The dog didn't even want to go out this morning.  I'll be getting out tomorrow for a run around Burnaby Lake ='s 21 KM's...no procrastination from me this challenge!

Didn't realize the 'log' was turned off. I just turned it on.

Well, I haven't done any full races. Decided in May (just past) that I would like to bike again after not having done so for about 20 years. So I went out and got a set of hot wheels, entered a race 7 weeks later, got on a mixed team and did the cycling part (33km) of a hilly race Had a great time! Our marathon runner backed out on the eve of the race and her replacement filled in. Met her the next morning at the race with her 3 children, one of which was 4mths old!!! Turns out while she was waiting for me at my finish line, she was nursing before her 13km run in the sun. She puked after crossing the finish line. What a Wonder Woman.

Second on the list was a duathlon which I ran (3wks running training for a 7.6km total in 34mins. My friend and I placed 1st cause in the team entries. We didn't realise there were not any other teams (only individuals) so we won! Felt great for my first running attempt. So I'm looking forward to doing more and getting more efficient and faster while enjoying it more and more.

Thats the extent of my tri resume. Earlier in life I was ranked #2 in the province in badminton so I hope I have some cardio memory stored up somewhere.

that about sums it up....

Weird! The subject of Twinkies has come up two days in a row for me. Yesterday a co-worker brought in chocolate dipped twinkies. I had half of one. It wasn't that great. The chocolate was good though.

A different co-worker brought in hummous and wow! is it ever good. She gave me the recipe.   Wish it wasn't so full of fat. There's nothing better than really good hummus and piping hot pita bread. MMMMMmmmmm!!!!!!

Oh, sorry - back to twinkies....

Nancy, you know what is easier than trying to figure out something you don't understand?  Hiring someone to do it for you. Costs more money, but then it gets done while you sit onthe couch watching Heros or CSI!  Much easier!

Yogin61, welcome to our little clan.  Glad to see you're getting involved in triathlons!  Good luck, now that you've turned on your logs...we'll all be watching you!  LOL.

Ummm, were there more than 2 badminton players in the province at the time? I used to play, but was kicked off the team for giggling every time someone said "shuttlecock"!

Yeah, it's good fat. Unless your trainer says 'you get 15% fat in your nutrition plan' and you blow your whole day on a little hummus.  Tahini paste is ground up sesame seeds, so it's sorta like peanut butter. Good fat, but still way more fat than protein.  If I wasn't trying to lose a few pounds, I'd say pile it on too!!
