No, we aren't flying anywhere, darn, but daughter and family is flying in and we need to bring them carseats, cribs, booster seat, blankets and lots of snacks.
Rode hard on the tri bike on the trainer while watching a dvd. Pushing hard and sweating up a storm and my HR still stayed in Z1. I guess this tri stuff really does improve your fitness
