Remember to drink drink drink on the bike and you'll get a nice little leg burner headwind the last 10-12 miles back into T2.

Ok  I am driving  down and I do not think I will make the 6:45 lake lucky(can`t find it on a map anyway ) swim. Anyone swimming there friday morning perhaps.

I might go watch Robin Hood friday night or saturday to get my mind of the tri and think about something else.

Arriving Friday late afternoon.  Staying at the Blue Heron Beach Resort, 5min from Disney.  Going to be over for check-in Sat. around 11:30 and take everything in.  Will drive the bike course to get an idea of where I'm going.  Then a early simple dinner and TRY to get some rest...!!!!????

I am in the same age group as you and was "dreading" the pink cap  Fortunately, I made the wave right in front of you with the green cap.  I will do my best to clear the water of gators for you, I hear they really like pink!

I tell you I am getting my workouts this week just walking around Disney...I have 4 kids and I am pushing a quad stroller all day!!!  Great workouts!!

We just did Disney with my 5 year old a couple of months ago.  By the end of the week I was wiped!  I couldn't have imagined getting up for a race after that!  Your a better man than I doing a week at Disney "before" for the race.

on Wednesday night @ 6:30PM if anyone is interested and in town. We are doing a Lucky's Lake Swim on Thursday morning @ 6:45AM if anyone is interested as well.  The weather the last few days has been very nice.  A little windy but very little humidity.  Hope this holds out.
