Great job to everyone else, but we are in trouble. We need to be just about 69% in our training, and are only at 65.24%. The most hurting part, we have quite a few people below 40%, and that will kill us at the end.

Only if they don't make it 100%. I plan on making it to 100%. The weekly ratings are somewhat inconsequential. As long as we all hit 100% in the end, we don't "lose"

That is awesome, but from tradition of most challenges, we always have some medical's, etc... that are beyound our controls.

So, I would say that if we can have 110%, lets go for it and get it done. Let's work it up as a team, and win as a team. That's how all challenges are won, as a team push.

GO TEAM!!!

Okay, since you are all pretty quiet tonight I'm guessing that you are back in the pool or out watching the eclipse. Maybe you are in an outdoor pool doing both. LOL

All right folks, I finally got a temporary loaner laptop for work until they get me a whole new one. They are predicting until next week before the hard drive id decrypted and can try to salvage something. I am so screwed as I have lost almost two months of work. But I got an external drive to back up my data from now on. Got to look at the positive.

So, where are we, and how are we doing. Congrats to those who are in the 90-100+% on this challenge.

Great job to everyone else, but we are in trouble. We need to be just about 69% in our training, and are only at 65.24%. The most hurting part, we have quite a few people below 40%, and that will kill us at the end.

Let's all get together, and start inspiring those folks, as we need to catch up. I have a feeling we may not even be in the top 3 after this week. So please get out there, and start swimming. We need to come together!!

Spread sheet updated as of 13:20 PST.

Good luck, and start logging.

OH yes, if anyone can help with some pledging for the Operation Rebound California,  www.operationreboundcalifornia.kintera.org/devouahy it would be most appreciated. All pledging is 501(c)3 tax deductable and goes for one of the most awesome causes Our military soldiers who lost limbs. Thanks.

Welcome back. Inspire, inspire, inspire!

I saw part of it. Pretty cool, but it's way too cold out to sit and watch

Another 3200 tonight.  I'll be away from the pool the next 2 days, but will have plenty of time to finish off the last 8500 yards and probably a little more.

Out of pool at 8:15 pm- in bed by 10- back up at 4:30 and on the bike by 5. I would seriously like to slap people who say they "don't have time" to do whatever it is they claim they don't have time to do.

Shoeless - 2008-02-20 11:25 AM Yay! I finished my goal today. What a blessing to come here and find out I can help my team even more, up to 110%! I was going to skip my Friday swim, since I had reached my goal, but now I won't! GO ROCKS!
Hm, so if I'd raised it to 120%, would you go for the entire extra 20%? Hm. LOL

All right, are we going to 120%, because I'm game for that. Please!!!

Up to 89% with another 2700 today. This challenge has helped keep me in the pool this week. My masters class took a week off and I might have been tempted to do the same if not for this.  Class starts back next week so I'm on track for 110-120%

I will gladly accept this challenge, but it can't be in tomorrow's workout. I simply won't have the time, unless I split it up in the day.  What are the rules to this mini-challenge ;-) he he  I can certain do this Saturday or Monday :-)  If these terms aren't accepted, I will simply do it anyway ;-) he he

Hi everyone,

I've been traveling for a few days, and have my first half marathon on Saturday, so my percentage will be down some until Monday. Don't worry though I'll be at 110% before the end of the month!

Great Job to everyone on some awesome swims!

Oh, and I changed my user name used to be ronislye, still me though

I'm at 100% but really need to do another 25m, if I'd realized I was that  close, I'd have finished it up last night!

I plan on swimming again on Friday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday next week, so that's at least another 4000m!!
