It's your challenge. Set it up how you want it to be! People have lots of ideas. (Some are better than others. Some will work better than others.) But, in the end, you're the one who has to organize and run it. So pick what's best, and what you like the best. You've done a great job with the challenges. So tweak what you want to tweak, (if anything,) and just run with it.

Well Im tour de france obsessed and going to be getting NO SLEEP that month... oh plus Ive just found out we are going to have a few people away (that directly affects me not good in July when Im not at 100% anyway)

So... ummm.... I need to just 'think' about it... Im kind of hoping someone might have a fabulous and different idea... but... we will see1

I think mine has a few extra whips, and maybe a cattle prod, tossed in. LOL

I'll have a little extra time on my hands today... trying to catch up on important things like inspires, race reports and posting pictures of my whip.

Yes, I've taken microbiology.  I actually work in an immune system lab.  Sometimes that gets thrown out the window.  I feel like I'm too old to get an ear infection.

Anyway, I decided to suck it up and go to the doctor.  The nice thing about (still) being a student is that it's pretty easy to get into the clinic for things like this.  I have an appointment this afternoon.

I kept it easy, definitely feeling the gunk getting OUT of my lungs with the increased activity.  Guess that in itself will keep me going easy fo a while yet...Looking forward to  a eal run and getting in the pool (hopefully next week)

Rubbing alcohol in your ear helps with that after a swim. It will 'dry' any moisture out of your ear...

If you want to get all fancy, you can get EAR*O. It's basically rubbing alcohol in a small dropper bottle.

Good luck.

Better yet, buy a bottle of cheapo rubbing alcohol. Label it "EAR*O." Tell everyone that you use the expensive stuff.
