ceilidh - 2010-10-17 8:55 AM Morning, Ann and Kim.

I am hoping to go on a trail ride here. At the Biltmore estate. With wine after.

Well, since I'm rocking on memories from my childhood with Ann's cinnamon rolls......Robin, I can't remember if I ever told you that as a kid I went to camp pretty close to where you live. At least, I think it was close. It was called High Rocks, near Brevard.  We went to the Biltmore, but it was for ice cream.

Very small world. The folks who own that went to college with me (Their parents owned it back then). Lots of our friends were councellors there during college years. It is about 45 minutes from here.

Small world indeed. I only went there one summer but loved it. One of the owner's daughters was a camper. Don't remember her name, though.

Is it acceptable for me to get strength training credit for helping someone move? I was moving stuff off and on for about 1.5 hours last night and I thought it might be worth a 30 min strength training session since it's repetitive heavy lifting.

I haven't put it into the spreadsheet yet. If it's not okay let me know, I can try to fit the missed time into later workouts.

Hope you Ghoulies are having a good weekend!

Hi. I'm done...I FINISHED A MARATHON!..

I'm slightly sore...slightly tired...slightly giddy...slightly not with the program...

It wasn't quite as fast as I wanted...but hey? What are you going to do...its a marathon. Hills...its raining...its windy...I tweaked my glut AGAIN going down a huge hill at like 15km and then sorta "terry fox style"ed...So I'm somewhere between 420-425..closer to 425. My first half was around 2:03...then it slowly went slightly downhill--pun not intended. Haha.

WHATEVER...I FINISHED A MARATHON. I ran pretty much the whole way. I walked 3 aide stations...then decided it hurt too much to stop start. So I ran...

I cried when I finished...the medic told me to sit down again. Then I cried again when I saw my friends...cry cry cry...haha...

(Sorry Neal. I'm happy you attempted to track me... haha. I had a pseudo update thing I signed up for on FB with the Nike people yesterday with messages. Haha)

It was a rough day on the soccer fields today.

My son's team ended up 4th in the tournament. My son took it pretty hard. In fact he's still taking it pretty hard and the game has been over for 2 hours.

There will be other games.
