Expert 1580 Ankeny, Iowa | Subject: RE: Challenge: Weight Loss During the Holiday Season Down to 145.4 this morning. Only 2.4 more to go. Hopefully should make it. Started a no sugar, foods from the outside of the grocery store eating and walking with the hubby to get him started. I had been down 2 for this challenge already but have lost 3.6 since starting. |

The next two weeks are the toughest! Let's rock and roll. Are the neighbors still on vacation??? How convienient I know what you mean, Today is a work party at Elephant Bar, then next week typically starts everyone brining in the baked goodies. And New Year's Eve, that can be a 3 or 4 pound night |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: Challenge: Weight Loss During the Holiday Season Hi All! Nice to hear of some successes. Stacie congrats on your husband joining you in moving towards a healthier future! Debbie congrats on reaching your goal!! Emma nice work moving into the 130s!! I am in full on holiday mode. Quite a drop in my training between time crunches, closed pools and the cold temperatures. Eating is not totally off the rails so I am okay with things so far. I also found if I weigh myself in the morning facing east I weigh less than if my scale is placed in the opposite orientation. Makes NO SENSE at all but you all know which way the scale will be facing from now on! |

I'll have to talk to him next time I go in. |

Mine faces south so all my neighbors can see me nekkid when I weigh in daily LOL My scale was facing west. I'm kind of excited for tomorrow's weigh in so I can try weighing in facing east. I'm hoping I will be 5 or so pounds lighter so I will be back on track for my goal. Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: Challenge: Weight Loss During the Holiday Season The nachos were tasty. Now the problem is what do I do with all the left over stuff. We're having goodies this week at work and I brought the nachos so I got to take home the leftovers. I have a half gallon of nacho cheese left with jalepenos mixed in. Too spicey for my wife and son. I didn't realize it was that hot. My family all likes spicey food. My wife had a couple of chips with cheese (didn't have any peppers) and that was the limit for her. My son had some but not many. Now I'm stuck with all the cheese to myself. How many extra miles do you think I will have to run for each serving? |
