The evening of 8/31 works best followed by the evening of 9/2 and 9/3. Labor Day works if we start at 8 or 9 central, I have a real life draft at 6.

Other nights my availability will depend on start time with later being better and/or me telling my out of town family guests fantasy football is more important than them :-).
