Hi Again...

It went well, however there's some "unreleasing" of the positions that has to be done in HR later next week before an official offer can be made.  Policy says my current manager can hold me up to 30 days (or a full schedule cycle) before releasing me to a new position.  So it looks like I am stuck in the ER until early March at this point...but there's a light at the end of the tunnel at least! SO, for my birthday I should be celebrating a new job!!!(also early March)

Electric toothbrushes:LOVE IT!  We bought a Sonic care a few years back and I see a big difference.  My kids are in othodontia and it helps the older one get the gunk from around her braces better as well.

Question of the day: do I have time to get in a run, go to my Dr appt. and re-shower to go out with DH tonight?? I'm hoping that's the case so I can complete (or pass) my challenge goal!

I'm here! Well, I might be alone, now, but....

Went for a little swim today. My R ankle feels just like it did at the beginning of my pain/probs in November. I really thought new shoes were the answer. I'm thinking maybe it's just my body. I'm already taking it slow--I don't know how much slower I can go!!!

Yay on the interview and the light at the end of the tunnel!

Glad the darkness is lifting a bit.

Go easy on yourself: if all experiments went perfectly, you wouldn't have to replicate results for confirmation, and what a boring world that would be.

Hi cheescake man! Or are you the muffin man?

Turkey chili--sounds yummy!

So far my day is sucking. My reaction last night failed with an expensive kit. Boss will not be happy. I want to go home and go back to my bed.

Solution -- write it up with the "correct spin."

For example, rather than saying: "There is a correlation between X and Y," you can write it up as "There is NO correlation between X and Y."

I don't know if it's worth a try, (especially since I don't know what failed,) but hey, you never know. LOL

It's 7:30 PM. I am still at work. I'll be here until at least 9:30 PM. Do you feel my joy?

Did you just ask to see MUFFINTOP? Come out to the mall on a Saturday afternoon...there's plenty of it out there.

It turned out ok.  I think the kit might have been defective or contaminated.  I'm running another reaction next week with control and if it doesn't work the company is going to get a replacement kit.

I'm sorry you're still at work.  Do you get a lighter day tomorrow?
