Champion 6107 Out running or enjoying a fine glass of red... | Subject: RE: Nibbs XIV milaminute - 2008-02-11 9:39 PM enders_shadow - 2008-02-11 9:16 PM milaminute - 2008-02-11 8:23 PM Oh, that story warms my little cockles...whatever cockles are and if I even have them. If I don't, then if I did, I would be warmed. No, I'm not drinking wine tonight. I'm taking an online driving class to diminish the effects of my speeding ticket from 2 weeks ago. It is not fun. Hellloooooo Nibbs!! Item #1: I got very little sleep last night. I must get up very early tomorrow. Can anyone tell me why, then, I am drinking wine? And by drinking wine I mean... a lot of it. Item #2: In reference to item #1, seriously, when I poured my wine (ummm... and then boy toy subsequently kept pouring)... is it a bad sign that I looked at the full glass and thought, immediately, of Kristen?
I just knew that would warm your... I can't bring myself to say it... let's just leave it at heart. Of course, it would take some sort of nuclear blast to warm my heart, but I digress. Online driving class? Heh... do you have to write "I promise not to speed" a hundred times? Answer multiple choice questions like: The posted speed limit is 25. Your speed is: The answer is, of course, B or C. Depends on whether the area is known for speed traps. The best part of the class is now I know what to do if my hood should magically pop open while I'm driving down the road. Just in case that ever happens, y'know. (I should attempt to pull slowly to the side of the road while looking low through the little opening between the hood and the car, and if my vision is still impaired, I should stick my head out the window like a little dog and follow the lane lines on the side. I'm not sure I'm gonna pass the final quiz. |

I think you should practice that whole hood opening thing and have Sugar Daddy take a little video for the Nibbs' amusement. C'mon... we know you are a giver like that... |

I have spoken to the AD nd said I would cross train but I thought it wouldn't be right away. She needs to talk to the person I spoke to and discuss this. In the meantime the insurance co. re-posted the job and I reapplied for it last night. My older daughter is looking into a specialty center near where that job is so I could bring her in and home from school. PLUS, they have 2 corporate fitness centers on site so I could work out if I wanted if I had to drop her off early or stay late fo her...All I would need the gym membership for is the pool--possibilities if SOMEONE would call me!barqhead - 2008-02-12 7:42 AM zipp1 - 2008-02-12 8:29 AM Morning Nibbs--Hope everyone has a great day! TOTAL SANDBAGGER, that Sal!!! One of our mentees had this great idea to have a mentor group challenge and Sal set his goals at like 50 yards of swimming, 4 miles on the bike and I think a hundred yard dash. Oh, look at me! I'm Sal! I met my goals before day 11 of the challenge . Yeah, OK, maybe I am jealous since I was overzealous on my running goal... And you can't seem to walk more than a few hundred yards without injuring yourself... |
