Nice brick, and good luck on the triathlon. What body of water are you swimming in? DO you know what the projected water temp is?

It's the lake at Lake Anna State Park , created as a cooling water reservoir for the nuclear energy plant there. We are swimming in the so-called cold side of the lake. The fishing marina there currently estimates the water temp as 59 F. Last year it was about 53. The year before about 63.

That is freaking amazing....I don't think I could do that pace for 2 miles in a pool, forget it for an OWS with sighting.

Has anyone else seen where he is now?  I can't get the website to come up.

I hear it is hot their.  Jeepfleeb who was looking to kona qualify is having a tough day and is not able to keep any nutrition down.   I hope Mike is ok.

I don't know how often they update the tracker, but when I just checked, it didn't show him off the bike yet... I hope he makes the bike cut-off! What is it, 8:00? The time on the clock at the finish is now > 8:00... C'mon, Mike, we're pullin' for ya!

I see he is moving into the 11th hour and the third segment of the run.  It looks to be a little slow going for everyone out there, I hope he does ok, he is almost there.  The conditions are brutal I hear!

uh-oh, I'm on hubby's computer, sans mouse, trying to check in here. I forgot to update the spreadsheet.*hiding eyes with hand out of embarrassment*. I think I just need to add Friday's run. I think I put in Thursday's swim and the run earlier in the week... if I can't get into the spreadsheet from where I am, are you going to give me a hard time about it? This laptop won't even do the fun underlining, boldface, and type font/color changes. But I will try....

What happens if I don't get the minutes added in until Monday morning? *peeks out between fingers*

Oh, and did I mention, I still haven't got our cool team table on my log the right way. Anyone here have any pointers for me?

Hi Amy,

I updated it

If Jen hasn't worked on the updates yet, the time will probably count - if she already has, then it will count next week

no worries!

Thanks, Tinkerbeth, YOU ROCK!!!

I was fairly sure that it would count for next week if I was late getting them in, but thanks for the clarification.
