Maybe teams based upon - post count? next tri distance? years swimming?
Setting up teams.... For me, that's the most time consuming part of the challenge....
I do it based upon things like post count, or personality, or their goal. (For example, I put the 100+ mile runners together on one team. I figured they were in a class unto themselves! )
Usually, I create the teams around a particular person.... For example, you KNOW that a team with Neal or Phil is going to be chatty. Put one or two challenge-experienced people on a team, and build the team around them.
Also, I take team requests. You'll find a lot of people want to be together again....
At least -- that's how *I* do it.
Cat might not do it that way..... But she could tell you what works for her.
