Salts. I'm eating Cheerios out of a frickin' SALAD BOWL and thinking of you. I poured an entire litre of 1% milk into the thing and I plan on ploughing my way through at least half a box.

By the way, I am officially committing to the Pfitz 18/85 plan Surprised

I just have to shift the days just a bit but I've re-read some of his philosophy and I think it will totally still be inline with the overall idea.

I'm planning to completely reread the book, too.

Make your own muesli? Eat with yogurt? That's what the Swiss do. Bircher muesli, you know. It's ridiculous yummy, not so fat, and so good. Plus, those Swiss, you know, all skinny and shyte ...

Okay, just in the spirit of being offensive ... I went to the world's most HELLish Hallowe'en party tonight. It was ridiculously rabbit good. In case you're wondering, I am a Muslim marathon bunny. (Why not?) NEPHEWS, I tell ya ...

Here I am sitting in Indonesia's only-ever electric chair, which was, yes, used for real executions. AAAAAAAAAAAAAA anyway, it seemed like good luck to me.

Yes, and you already have the body and hair. Just not the body hair. Besides, white people ... you know, they all look alike.

Hauled my azz out of bed at 5am only to find a gale force wind blowing and rain....now Im in two minds

a) get out there, HTFU AND RUN

b) crawl back into bed for an hour

Always HTFU.

I never regret HTFU

Thanks I was leaning that way - you nailed it.

I'll probably go shorter though just five km instead of 9.  All good.   Beach and back.

5.4km done - soaked - LOVED IT.  Just me and the rain.

Cool!  They should have T-Shirts made.  The 5A clube, Adrienne's Adorable Alcoholic Adrenaline Aides or something like that.  Give me time, I can come up with a really cool team name but that should probably lie with your family.  So exiting that you're doing THE marathon.
