Hi TAN.

My car is very sick and needed to be dropped at the "shop".  Ugh, I really hate spending the money on a four tired friend!!!!

I hear you.  I blew a tire on my bike on the way in.  No spare tires or CO2 left at my house so I have to make a trip to the bike shop.  Which one of us is going to spend more today? You on your car repair or me at the bike shop.

Its an inifinti limited edition M35X which translates to $$$$.  I am guessing I am on the hook for, brakes and synthetic oil change (maintenance stuff) and then the loud engine noise thing.  So lets say 3K?

You win unless I lose my mind and walk out with a Trek Madone!!!

Do it!!

HAHA! No way.  I just signed papers for a house.  I am going the other direction like "uh, what can I get for my P2C?"

I'll give you $18 and a night alone with Pitt to do whatever you want. He's already agreed, way too eagerly, might I add.

Let me think about it and get back to you...

(Blarph!)

OK, no thanks.

Besides, I can't get rid of my buttercup (my P2C's name because she builds me up just to let me down...)

You're missing out on hot sweaty steamy back-hairy man-love. Your loss.

well you know what they say "once you go hairy a smooth back is scary"

Gorilla boys make me hot.

Goodmorning sexys.

Has anyone ever taken Ginko Biloba before? You're gonna laugh, but I have an alarmingly stupid bad memory and light research said Ginko Biloba helps circulation in the brain (and extremities) so may or may not help with mental sharpness and memory. So started taking it today.

I'm not normally one to run to a supplement, but I don't think it's an issue of not getting enough vitamins or what not in my diet... could be wrong though.

I have and was ambivalent about it. I think it's a placebo effect where you believe it's working.

Look at it this way: It's likely very safe and it's only costing you money. So there's very little risk in trying it.

Ginko - I've never taken it, but I've always kinda viewed it as the same as Glucosomine Chondroitin.  You can't prove the claims wrong, some will swear by it, some will say it's placebo effect, etc...   I don't know that there is anything concrete one way or the other on it.

I've found that for me, if I just slow life down, eat well, sleep well, hydrate well, my memory tends to be pretty decent.  It's when I stray from those things and life gets too hectic/crazy that things begin to slip my mind.

I've tried it a while back to not much effect but things lit that work differently on different people.  It is a vaso dilator so if you are having any surgery quit taking it before hand.

I'm imagining the lab tests on this one (scene opens with a lady Doctor and a male patient):

Dr- Ok, did that work?

Tester- Only if it was supposed to make my bicep swell-up.

{Next day}

Dr- How about this time?

Tester- Uh, my butt's all swollen... What are you giving me?

{next day}

Dr- How about now?

Tester- Aww Yeah... How you doin??

You get similar benefits from taking L-Arginine ...or is it L-Lysine??.  One of the two.  I definitely noticed an increase in, uhh, positive blood flow, when I started taking both when I was lifting heavy.
