Melon Presser 52116 | Subject: RE: Nibbs XIV kaqphin - 2008-02-12 7:26 PM Wow I have trouble just keeping the facts straight! Me, too. Ha, ha. Brief recap: - I'm in a semi-platonic (I don't know what that means either) relationship with Cake Boy, who is married to a much older alcoholic woman. Their relationship is rapidly going down in flames. I have no idea what this means, either. For them, or for us. - I accepted a third date with the skinny redheaded nerd. - While on the second date with the above, I accepted a date with another fellow--we had a nice date but he hasn't called since, so whatever. Seems a bit lackluster to me, anyway. - I keep turning down dates from guys who try to pick me up while cycling (yep, there was another today--he was cycling, I was running). I think that's it. My head hurts. My heart, too. |

Definitely not something you needed on top of the stress from the move...can't be restored, but I guess looking on the bright side, they CAN be replaced. Hope everything else is going better...

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Nibbs XIV My husband was the "safe" one after the idiot died...He was in school full time/working full time and I was getting over the idiot's sudden death. He would call me and talk on the car phone (early 90's no cellular yet) from Reading, PA to Lancaster , PA about 45 minutes. He'd hit a spot with no service, hang up and call me right back. Yeah, the fireworks were slow but the simmer made it all worthwhile. Here we are married almost 15 years now all because he ran the trauma code when idiot died... |

I have a midday meeting... but that sound more like my yesterday... hand in there! And dont forget to eat.... Hey Cat, thanks! I actually did O.K., grabbed a quick bowl of chicken soup, an orange and some apple sauce. Pretty darn good for eating on the run. The work-place here is pretty progressive. They've got a fridge they keep stocked with fruits and veggies. They're trying to promote healthier snacking (since I do work for a food company). It's all on the house! It's great! That's really cool. I would love to have something like that. x2! although it's not free, my new company does have a very nice cafeteria with some good food choices, inlcuding a great salad bar it's pretty reasonable also Do they have nachos? lol i'm not sure - they have a new menu every week What about cheesecake? Can you get cheesecake there? What about the poor HR manager? |

Would you rather be doing deep nasal suctioning for those specimens? Like on 2 kg preemies all the way up 10 month olds? I think I'd take that over sticking a swab up someone's nose any day. Bleck. |

Champion 6107 Out running or enjoying a fine glass of red... | Subject: RE: Nibbs XIV Morning, Nibbs! Sorry I missed the evening's discussion about sweet guys, fireworks, and snot swabs. I finished my on-line driving course...last night's important lesson: Do not honk at cattle or horses in the road. Ummm - 'kay. However, I did see an accident leaving my neighborhood this morning and I think the course made me drive slower. Guess it's good for something (besides lowering my points if my ticket stands). This morning I went running in the rain - I think that makes me a hearty soul. Or at least that is what I was telling myself as I dripped along. I did wrap my footpod in a baggie...how sad is that? Today's tip on how to freak your kids out...sing both the female & male parts of Paradise by the Dashboard Lights, using appropriate voices of course and turning your head one way or the other. My kids thought I lost it. Completely. Edited by enders_shadow 2008-02-13 7:41 AM |

I think so. I even made sure to only eat vegetarian food last night because I thought it might be a problem with their meat or their meat preparation. |
