This is totally off-topic, but can someone confirm for me that Daylight Savings Time is this weekend? Our HR woman was running around yelling about it, but she's REALLY dumb, so I don't trust her as an authority on anything.

FOR NL )))) I did not know you were a "woman in her early 30's"????

"The CR-V is for women in their early 30s who either have a child under 2 or are about to have their first child," Christina Ra, a Honda product planner, told us. "It's also for Dad's in their mid 30's who have a child under 2 and one around 2, and since they have to pay their wives $4350 a month, can't really afford anything else."

You didn't include the second part of what Christina said.

here , $2500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it looks like something Tim would drive

If you don't trust her you can always trust google, which took me to NIST: http://www.nist.gov/public_affairs/faqs/qdaylite.htm

Daylight Savings Time never starts, since there is no such thing.  However, Daylight Saving Time does in fact start this weekend.  (technically at 2:00 AM on sunday morning you turn your clock ahead to 3:00 AM)

No.  It was completely serious.  It's called Daylight "Saving" Time, not Daylight "Savings" Time.  Now GFY.

Side note for those that may have been interested in Annapolis tri.. the date has been set for September 7.. same day as Reston Oly, day after Patriots half which a bunch of us are doing.. it is being held at Sandy Point State park this year.. figured I would throw it out there.. now back to regular discussion.. (PS I think scheduling the same day as reston is dumb)

I think, that if his countdown refers to the number of quality, insightful posts made thus far, that he is around 3,558 posts away.

That's dumb. I think they were the same weekend last year. I am doing Reston anyway, but that was my other choice as an Oly if I couldn't get into Reston.

Except that I like dudes. And she is also taken - Dan would be sad.

If you all want me to be happy, you need to find me the following:

A guy who goes to church regularly, does triathlons, non-smoker, ranging in age between 27-31, and has his sh*t to gether. That's the bare minimum.

Is #2 on that list really essential? I mean, you've only been a triathlete for like 4% of your life...
