 I felt like crud yesterday afternoon and fought a headache most of the day.  I felt better after I had pizza last night.  You think I was just hungry?  I ate a bunch of raw veggies for lunch and a balance bar for snack.  I hate trying to lose weight!

One thing the body needs is fats to know it is working properly - just watch your food intake and see what you changed.  I know I had a slight ache from dropping processed sugars like I have done.  The body gets used to that crap and has to adjust when it does not have it.  Notice how I never used the word needs that crap

is it a road bike or mtn/hybrid bike set up?

I am thinking they mean from seat post to stem but who cares about that.

Ask them how tall they are and if it is in your ballpark then it is worth looking at.

Call the first guy and ask who rode them and how tall they were.

I think his measurement is from center of crank to seat post (I don't know where he gets center there though?)

if so and comparing to the Klein the Schwinn is the only one that would come close to working.  Convert 19" to cm and that will give you a rough idea.  I come up with 48cm or 49cm and at your height that might be alright.

registered for the PITTSBURGH HALF MARATHON in May.

A HALF MARATHON???  guess that's what im doing come MAY.  LOL.

Apparently the grocery store was a mob scene. She needed diapers and 3 other things but she wasn't getting them there.

She told me she had been to Target earlier, my question to her was why didn't she get her items there?

Guess where she's heading now.

One of the guys I work with tried to go to the local grocery store. He told me it was a madhouse there too. Along with the crowds the computer systems were down so the registers weren't working.

Is something going on that I don't know about? I thought it was just supposed to snow.

LOL    If snow is in the forecast, that is what the stores are like here.    But I would think that people in your neck of the woods would be used to it?
