Hi ghoulies! I just got back from a fantastic long run. The weather was beautiful so everyone and their mother was out on the trails today. Lots of uncontrolled dogs and uncontrolled people to dodge, but I still enjoyed myself.

So remember how I couldn't focus earlier and was cold? Well now I just feel funny and have vertigo, weird vision things and nausea to go along with that...I don't feel particularly bad, just on the side of drunk maybe? I've been lying here differentially diagnosing myself...im currently between migrane, inner ear infection, seizure, stroke, other weird stuff...I'm pretty sure I'm not having a stroke or seizure...feeling weird...waiting for my Mom to get up to reassure me that I'm not having a seizure or stroke. Haha. Well its kind of funny...kind of not.

Thanks guys. We feel it is viral labrynthitis (aka. Inner ear infection). I'm currently lying on my left side in fetal position on the floor because it makes the spinning stop. Haha. My max stand up time is less than a minute before I get super nauseous and I walk around like I am drunk. No bday dinner for me tonight

KIM!!!!

Quick update: You know Neal is an IRONMAN. Melindy did a Marathon recenty on her 23rd Birthday and is a swimming fool. NJ Kim and Ann did the Marine Corp Marathon last week. Ann had problems and couldn't finish. She is recovering now. Kim did great in spite of hurting her knee pretty bad. Kendra is Head Honco at a Library Branch that has terrorist teens everyday. Her job has been keeping her too busy. Tom has had work and life issues and he just rejoined us last week. Amy lead up a first time marathon in her area and it went over really well. Dee is running- Did her first 10 miler a month or so ago. Bill is a Biking fool. You know of his 1700 mile ride this summer, right? Stacy has been away for a long long time. We miss her. Jules has been gone as well. Her mom passed away recently. She stopped in a couple of weeks ago just to say Hi. I am plugging along. Not much new here in NC.

Neal, Melindy, Ann, Kim, Amy, Tom and I are doing the Carlsbad HM in January. We have rented a house. We will be running and celebrating birthdays. You should join us.

Thank you for the updates Robin! Happy to hear some of you are doing Carlsbad! So wish I could join you...just not in the money or time accounts right now.

I haven't even had time to join in the 5-15k's here! Probably a good thing since I haven't really done any training. Although I did bike and swim yesterday! It felt great to get on the bike and it felt great to get IN the pool...the swim was terrible

I guess that happens when you stay out of the pool for a few months. I will try to stay a bit more attached now that I have a flow to my classes...Miss you guys!
