How was everyone's weekend? Pretty good - great trainer session on Saturday followed by a run and then good long run yesterday. Did not get to the pool as I woke up too late to get that done with the run. Have a crazy week but looking forward to maintaining my consistency. Ernesto - do you have any good hour long trainer workouts? Looking for some variety. Thanks! |

Expert 1544 Alexandria, MN | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Updating some totals, not really doing much these past couple weeks. Getting ready to head to FL for the Disney Marathon (Goofy challenge actually) this weekend. Been getting some good crosstraining in playing hockey again though, skated twice this past week, good times! Also I need to figure out a way to count my heart rate workout from my kid's game yesterday. I'm the coach and we beat one of our biggest rivals in overtime, my heart was racing quite a bit!

Did 80 minutes on the trainer doing my second workout of my *Sufferfest* collection. My legs are sore.
