Temps were down a bit today and the HR was right where it was supposed to be. Currently at 75 Miles for the month with a 37.5% of Goal Completed. Am on track and hitting all of my planned workouts. Should be at 50% by the end of the week. |

I'm a little off of 50%, so that's pretty good for the challenge. I should be able to finish, but that's sort of going to depend on how sick I am. I think I have tonsilitis. I thought I was getting better, but I've had the most awful sore throat this weekend. Looked at it this morning and my tonsils are swollen and have white spots on them. Not so good. I have to go to the doctor tomorrow. |
