Elite 3913 far northern CA | Subject: RE: Evil Elves I filled out the race info. Man, there were some fast people at this race! The slowest time was 53:21 and she is 74 years old!!!!! (This was a 4 mile race.) All but three people ran less than a ten minute mile! Holy cow!!! Talk about having some motivation! I'm not a slow runner but I was at the back of the pack! Pro 4343 Olney, MD | Subject: RE: Evil Elves I hit the pool dark and early this morning. I had some goggles issues early in the swim that threw me off and I didn't end up doing the swim I had planned. But, still, I hung in there and set a new total distance PB: 2100m. Go Elves! |
