Baowolf - 2008-11-28 7:42 PM On the menue for today was 31 mile bike, 3.1 mile run and 3 hours of racquetball. Puts me at 22 of our scorable days for the month and 110% for max credit, go team go! Additionally, I have the highest bike 400 mile + and highest run 150 mile + for one month ever 8), completing all 3 challenges I am in.

Those would be some fantastic mid-season training numbers!  Nice job getting it done in NOVEMBER!

She's doing the videotaped run this week.  I'm keeping up with the PT and won't run until the video session.  After that I'll try a short run next weekend.  See what she says, I may need more rest or to HTFU and keep trying.  I'm in that spot of I think I've given it time to rest but maybe I need more so I don't make it worse.  But do I keep trying so I don't lose run fitness?

Did some Yoga this morning.... Yesterday I tried out a new Chiropractor (seems to be a good one this time) and I think she was working on the right spots, but I am just very sore today... Therefore, probably just leave it with Yoga or maybe go on the elliptical a little later on.

BTW, today I found neoprene booties to pull over the cycling shoes and I hope that helps against frozen toes.

Also, crappy weather here today.... Don' even want to leave the house anymore...

Good morning Mother Truckers. I'm back! Got in workouts everyday and have logged onto the sheet the sessions that I was allowed (5), so I'm at 110%.

Let's go team. Get the last of your sessions in today and bring us over that 100% mark. Go Mother Trucker, Go!

Another crappy rainy day here, but no complains really, because we need rain around here desparately.

I will do a treadmill run tonight later on... Last workout for this month.

Let's give all of our team members a visit to their blogs and remind them to log their workouts, if not already done so.

Hmmmm.... I hope I will have at least one or two of you guys on my next challenge team!!

To a strong finish!!!

I think you can only log two weeks with six workouts, even if you won't go over 22 workouts for the month.

I logged my workouts. I ended up with 19 for the month, so I'm one short. Hopefully, one workout won't blow it for the team. It was a tough month.

I see quite a few of you maxed out at 22 workouts. This has been a great team. I don't think I've ever had this many inspires for a team challenge.

ABrady is MIA since almost two weeks now, not sure if she'll be back to log the workouts today.

Lyssa had some computer problem lately, let's hope she will still be able to log on to log her workouts.

Scott did log his workouts yesterday night, great job!

UTTriman is nowhere to be seen since the 26th.

Lets hope they all log on today and log there workouts in the spreadsheet so we can have a great finishing score.

It was really nice to do that team challenge with you all, I hope we will have the chance to do some other challenge together soon. I personally had a blast completing that challenge for November, it sure did help me to workout more.

Have a great day everyone

Good morning team (I know it's December, but you guys are my team until the results are out!)

I updated the spreadsheet with Lyssa's and UTTriman's workouts based what has been put in the blog. ABrady hasn't updated her blog, so no telling what is going on.

We are now at over 100% for the team.... Let's cross our fingers, that this will be enough to take the prize home!

Nice strong finish everyone!  This has been a fantastic team and one heck of a motivator.

Hopefully the numbers fall in our favor once the final tally is done.

Great job and I hope to see all of you on challenge teams in the future
