Thanks!   It's just the LA Fitness pool. It was SO skanky though, but they've done a good job cleaning it.  Now my disco pool. Now that's an awesome pool!

no swim yesterday due to the sick pup...who seems a tad better and is on his way to the vet with my brother. It is absolutely glorious outside!!!! Heading this morning for a long swim! hoping to get in 2000-3000m today. Hope everyone has gotten in at least one swim by now! remember the more we swim now at the beginning the less at stressing we will do when trying to catch up at the end and more time to heckle the boys while we sit and drink wine! goooo girls!

I had this little mole on edge of my eyelid that never bothered me much until I turned 40, then it started growing hairs that poked me in the eye all the time.  The eye doctor told me it had to go.  So it did.  Nothing major, just needed a few days to heal before the chlorine.

my shoulder was actually gettin' kinda sore, think its cuz i did two long swims, back to back, usually my swim days are interrupted by run days....but this weeks a little weird what w my long, long group ride on Saturday.  had to do some switcheroo-ing around w my trng schedule. not gonna do back to back session anytime soon.  put some Icy Hot on it, seems to have taken care of the NIGGLE.

Well my hubby surprised me with a stay at the resort he works at this weekend for Mommy's day, which happens to be right on my favorite beach, which happens to be my favorite open water swim spot, so I will be logging hours for swimming fer sure!

poor Dee is not having a good week...hiring freeze, someone quit after the freeze....

I think she is charging her tasers after using them on all of her co-workers. but sure she would love to help out if she knew we needed it! so fair warning girls....if you have not met Dee...you may soon and beware of the lovely colored and high fashion tasers she likes to use! that is why she is now known as ELECTRICI - Dee to those whe know her well! haha   so go swim - swim while you still can!....do not have Dee huniting ya down!

haha....but as you can see she is never too busy to whip out that taser....I am more askeeeard of her psychy powers then the taser....seems no matter what thread you are on and you mention her name...and ****POOF***** she's there! that to me is more frightening then being tased! well maybe!

how are your legs after this past weekends triathlon?

after seeing your swim times....I need you to come coach me in swimming...that would be one way to get you here to the SF Bay Area - huh Nancy?....free room/board!
