Well, Over 80 percent of goal now.   No run today, was supposed to spin, but well, my hip hurt.   I think I caught Judi's hip issues.   Actually, I think mine are based on the top of my ITB.  I hope not -- that's always sucky.

I'm scheduled to run 5 more tomorrow, but may opt to let the hip rest one more day.  We'll have to see.

Had to slow my slog to a walk today.  Tis teh suxxor... however, be it known that it was sunny and 75 degrees in the ATL so it was awesome to get out of the house and enjoy the fall weather!

It's time for a business trip to the ATL...or a move...wait, that's after the kids are out of high school...5 more years...

Doh!!!  You better schedule a business trip sooner than that!

Maybe a race in Panama City in November would take me almost through the ATL...

That's an easy drive for me... I'd sherpa!

MILA! Sal needs to do more hill repeats on the treadmill. (Make him puke next time.)

Trust me, this is the goal for next time!

Sal has experienced the joy that is the Woodway treadmill.  He ran at my pace... which was basically like a walk for him...

You should have "slipped" and "accidentally" raised the incline to 12%, with a 15 mph pace. That would have gotten his attention.

I haven't seen a treadmill go up to 15mph, or I would have tried that on someone else...

But most will go up to 14mph

Wow!  That's a 4:17 min/mile pace!  I would REALLY like to see someone run on a treadmill at that speed.

Any BT volunteers?  Please post the video on youtube.com...

I watched a guy get one up to 12mph... then he forgot he was on a double wide and ended up with MAJOR tread-rash when he went to straddle off...  wish we would have had video... we also managed to burn the motor out on that tready in 3hrs... gotta luv grad students doing equipment reliability tests

Mila! Sal's calling your name!

He wants you to put him on a treadmill at 14 mph with a 12% incline, and then post video of it on youtube.

I knew you'd see it my way Dee...

I might be able to do a sub-6 on a treadmill (if there's a Doberman on a leash directly behind the treadmill...or Mila for that matter).
