When does your IM training start? Dee my base training started yesterday, I am focusing on 2x's a week each SBR. then the real stuff starts in mid December. |

Weak swimmer, who hasn't been in the pool for months decided to get back in the water. After 45 mins of pathetic flailing back and forth, I took pity on the worried life guards and got out. Kim sounds like we were swimming at the same time! I also looked and felt awful in the water...but it was great to get back in the pool! |

In addition to signing the petition. That is just WRONG Melindy- what are you doing up? I have had really bad vertigo incidents. Some kinda messed up structure in my inner ear. NOT fun. Hope it isn't crystals. though those can be dealt with. Ann, whats up with you this fine day? |

Like posting a link that says "click here" instead of the actual link? Before you post copy the "link" that you want. Open your post. Type the words you want to use. Highlight them. When you highlight them the "link" symbol in the post tool bar will be available. Click on it. it will bring up a little box. Paste the link info in the URL box. Click insert. Then you are back at your post. Also after you copy a link into a post as a working link, you can highlight it and change the words without breaking the link. Hope this makes sense. |
