I've never regretted investing in myself by training, courses, exams etc. It makes work more interesting! I can see what John is saying about true experience but I still think there's a place for getting some official recognition. Sounds like a tricky exam too! |

If I didn't lay it out before, and if you are interested, you can text RUNNER to 345678 they'll ask for the bib number (mine's 19099) and confirm the last name (mine's Nollette). You'll get text updates through my race that way. This is all assuming of course, that I can the last dam* load of laundry through so that I can finish packing and make the rescheduled very early flight. MightyMom can tell you how spazzy I am on Saturday!!! Yet again, I'm out of here. CArry on!!!!!! |

Lookin' Good David. Ogle Ogle Ogle I use my mp3 player for running races too. I actually have a playlist loaded with my favorite songs that are around 85-95 beats per minute. It helps me keep my cadence up and keeps me moving along a "little" (relatively) quicker pace. Sometimes, If I feel like I need to be able to hear what's going on around me, I 'll just use one ear bud. |
