Oh yes, this weekend I'm suppose to be running in a 15K.  I am trying to rest and I do believe I'll be ready for the run.  I hope to get rid of the last or all of this that morning.  I'm going to do the 'run it out of me' method/theory. 

 Where did everyone go?  It's only March.

I do that sometime too, but its not a cold that I'm trying to "run out".

I forgot others may actually have a life on Friday night. Do me a favor and call me at 7:45. I hope we get a good turnout. We can all have a turn being Trixie's couch.

Maybe that's what I'm missing in my life.  In fact I know that's why I'm under the weather.

I did 1500 in the slow circle swim lane last night.  That kicked my arse!  I'm soo weak!! I did a 15 minute run and my HR shot straight to 176 after 10 minutes.  This is not a good sign for IMCDA readiness.

Did somebody say "Peeps"?  I'm partial to chocolate bunnies, myself.

Good morning All -

 Guess what I accomplished another goal of mine! However, it's the one that will impact my time on this site.

I'm pregnant...very newly pregnant, but I will probably taper off some.  I'm due the first week of November. I'm excited, but the timing really puts me out of any races for the entire year. I have a race May 3rd I thought about doing, but to be honest. If I'm going to do a race....I'm giving everything. Plus, the race is in the town where I work so I don't want to look like I'm loafing.

So I'll probably check in once in awhile, but I'm going to probably find a group of peeps that is growing by the day like me.

Ahhhhhhh, recovery week after my first semi big volume week.  Must recover well cause I'm flying to Denver on Friday and the CO BTers are gonna KICK MY A$$!!!

CONGRATS!!!  DOn't worry about races or tri's or BT, we'll probably still be here when you get back..races aren't going anywhere either.  This is awesome news.  You can probably still exercise and I'm sure there are more than a few BTers who have trained/exercised while pregnant.  We liked: www.Americanbaby.com as it tracks your baby while in the womb and afterwards.
