I didn't do too well on the peach towards the beginning of the month (I caught a bad cold), but I am doing a lot better now. I have 9 days of peach in a row so far, and am working out again today. I'll be going for a run. |

It was supposed to be my first triathlon in 5 years but we've had so much rain over the weekend that they had to cancel the swim-too many disgusting germs. So today I did my second ever duathlon. I remember why I have only ever done the one before (probably more than 10 years ago)-they're hard work. I had great fun and can't wait for the real thing. |

Tomorrow I will earn a whole bushel of peaches at IM Arizona GO SHERM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a short swim in and a beautiful ride up Lookout Mtn. Rode in shorts the weekend before tgiving -- amazing! Absolutely beautiful day and I loved flying back down to Morrison. Another ride tomorrow, either outside or on trainer depending on the temps. Really should run one of these days.... |

There had been puddles on the road and they had turned to ice. Crazy eh? It's unusally cold around here right now. It's not generally like this in November. I can't handle the cold anymore...my thick Canadian skin has thinned since I moved to NC! Heading out for a run today downtown so I can get some hills in. I may go to the gym after since I am going to be close by! |
