Artemis - 2009-09-23 9:59 AM Morning TAN!  It's my last day of work today. Tomorrow I head up to Maryland for the Ragnar relay that starts on Friday.

have fun lady, and run SMART!  and tell christina i say hi!

I will.

As far as running smart, I figure if I can still make forward progress by the end of the last leg, I'll be doing fun.  My legs are 10.3, 3.2, and 7.0.  Should be fun.

when i first looked at that, the thing that scared me was the terrain!  but by the end of the race, you should probably be on flat sections.  lucky that you get the longest one out of the way first.

The two long ones are flat and the middle one is downhill.  I was okay with longer distance and no hills.  Other people have some crazy hilly runs to do.

That's terrific news... does that mean the anti-scratch collar comes off from around your neck at the same time?

Wink

LOL! Dude, you have no idea (or maybe you do) how bad this thing itches! And if you scratch in one place, it starts itching in another. Plus walking around like a Pirate all day long trying to do your work gets very annoying.

Good luck to you... I'm sure you'll do terrific.

Thanks.  I'm a bit nervous because of the stomach thing.  I just have to be smart and not eat junk food and not push myself too hard at the beginning.

If anyone is curious, Cinnamon Roll flavored yogurt is terrible.  It seemed like a good idea at the grocery store.  Alas, it is not.
