under on my bike...  unless I get motivated to go hang out on the trainer for a while.  But my legs are beat up from my run this morning.

Pretty impressive when you consider all the red squares for illness on my calendar this month.

KOM - 2010-05-31 7:47 PM I need to have opinions about logging workouts.  I rode my bike to a local park tonight for a running class.  Then I rode home. Would you count that as 1 bike workout or 2?

How long is it to the park?  Over 15 minutes usually counts as a session.

almost 7 miles to the park.   Rode my old bike so it took me 30 minutes.  I had an hour running clinic in between.

Will Do!  That puts me at 110% for B/R and balances out my swim deficit so 100% for the month.

KOM - 2010-05-31 6:54 AM I think the Bay is still a little cold for a sans wetsuit swim but I am giving it some serious thought anyway.
Yikes, I'd go for the suit!

I would too!
Water temp was 62 and the wind off the water was cold....

I don't own a wet suit....

So I sat in the warm sun instead and drank wine.

mmmmmm wine...good choice!
