I'm over 100% for a total, but I haven't hit my running goal yet.

I won't get the full run in, but I'm going to go for a longish run this afternoon to get my total % up over 101% (where it is now) to help out the team.

I think we have until tomorrow night, so hopefully they get posted before then. I have a pretty good idea of everything, but I'm not exactly sure. If I have to use the approximations tomorrow I will.

I think we have until tomorrow night, so hopefully they get posted before then. I have a pretty good idea of everything, but I'm not exactly sure. If I have to use the approximations tomorrow I will.

Yep, you have until midnight Tuesday to update the spreadsheet. (Actually, since you're both in my timezone, you could even update it early Wed morning....)

I am done and even went a little over an beyond. Hope that helps those that have had difficulty training this month. So, if we achieved all of our goals and our team doesn't win, do we use an avatar from one of our team members that didn't hit the goal

I'm going to be getting in one more strength training (will be short one) and will TRY to run the last 3+ miles I have left (if my legs will let me...), but there is no way I'll be able to get my swimming done...I'M SO SORRY!!! I'm just glad I got overage on the bike...

Finally got the splits, so here's where I'm at for the month:

Swim - 108.6%
Bike - 100.4%
Run - 91.4%
Overall - 100.1%

I have a little over 49 minutes of running to do tonight. Can't guarantee I will get all of it done, but I will do as much as I can to get more over 100%.

So today is a special swim for me, the long awaited new Pool is opening!!! Swim Kauai swim team are to only ones who get to swim in it today! I am a member in the master's division so I get to join them! It officially opens tomorrow! So I get my last swim for the challenge and I will be sure to fit in a core work out before, I promise! I think I should be over 100% hopefully.
