LIME!!! Went to MT today.... I knew that my IT band and periformis (sp?) were in bad shape Yep Amy just texted me AGAIN!!!! back to MT.... well... my 1 hr turned into 1.5 hours and now I'm stiff and sore.... hoping that I can work it all out over the next few days... my hip was bad enough that yesterday near the end of my run my arch was hurting and i'm worried that it was referred pain...WELL... I know what I need to do... now just to do it.... Amy just will NOT sleep!!!! |

Running during taper, what a crazy idea  Amy - Hope you are out on course kickin' some bootay! Beth - Bag a good house today Heather - The day after MT is always the worst for me. Drink lots of water to help flush the icky lactic build up away. Jen - Hope your ride is fun I am being uber lazy. I have not gone for my ride yet. It was storming this morning when I usually get up to ride so I just rolled over and went back to sleep. Now I don't want to go cuz it's almost lunch time. I'm supposed to ride 40 by myself today. Doesn't really seem worth missing lunch. Wanted to go to the outside pool with the fam this afternoon. Ack. Anybody want to come down to SC and ride with me?? I need somebody to drag me out the door. That's pretty bad cuz usually I love to bike |
