well, it'll have to be next Monday since I just put them in the mail today

Shrimp in Angel Hair Pasta

Lasagna
Enchiladas
Quiche
Italian Pasta and Beef
Baked Chicken and Ham Rollup
Upside down Pizza

And a few bonus recipes that I've never made before - I hope they're not vegetarian -

I made mustard greens for the first time last night (and yes, I am from the south)... all I could taste was the vidalia onion I put in it, and the garlic...

Any recipes for mustard greens????

nope, I don't even think I know what mustard greens are - LOL!

Yeah, spaghetti pie, it's actually pretty tasty, essentially, the pasta makes the crust

Okay, I've got one eval written for today. I'm calling it quits for work. Got tennis coaching tonight and a match tomorrow night.

Frank and I are volunteering for the Peachtree race on Friday. Should be fun. We get to hand out t-shirts.

UGH!!! tried to run on TM... we're having AC issues now that the power was out this morning... so I went to the back parking lot.... b/t the little time on the TM and a little time in the back lot... I think I'm going to leave right now and bringmy shoes back I'm feeling a lot of pressure on the outside of my left foot... I'm afraid it'll lead to a "stone" bruise...

Eh...bad Monday...transitioning between job positions...and you know what that means...I'm doing 2 jobs right now...doing wrap-up reports and conveying info to the newbie, and trying to learn my new job......this could be a long July...

Maybe dressing up in a wing and kilt and painting my nails might just be relaxing...and Dee...what about Dee...NO ONE knows what she looks like...

I slept an entire 12 hours straight! And I went for a swim... first time back in exercise since the emergency trip to New Zealand...

Oh and I sat and had a coffee and a sweet bun while reading Better Homes and gardens magazine.

Nope... its not good stuff that happened to me, its good stuff I made happen (if you are looking for a flip in perspective)

Thats great! Having support is sooo important... I know that was one of my complaints with GB...

He wouold give me a hard time about gaining weight and not training but would not be at all supportive when I did... so it was a catch 22... or at least it felt like it, and very demotivating!
