Veteran 243 | Subject: RE: Girl Passing on Left (FULL) Lyssa - Those stretches are the most effective, don't you think? Until everyone collapses in giggles, anyway. I like the award idea, too. Put Julie's name on it first ... Julie - I'd love to take the Patagonia windbreaker off your hands. I need one out here in the flatlands where we call the freeway overpasses mountains! And happy anniversary! I'm off to the lounge for the football game, now. Trish |

Trish The patagonia jacket is yours..pm me with your address. I am going to wait and send all the things I offered to you all at the end of next week after round two of what I have to offer. That way if you see something else I can place them together in the same box instead of shipping lots of boxes....Have a great weekend...and go Chargers, I mean Steelers, I mean Chargers... haha |

Extreme Veteran 600 Indiana | Subject: RE: Girl Passing on Left (FULL) I know, I think the dq is rediculous and too strict for first timers....... but we will be timed 15 minutes and then have to get out, normally in that time I can do 10 laps (or almost 10)...... I normally do better when I swim with friend or race for fun (i've never won)...... lol The trick will be to keep my feet up, so starting tomorrow I'll wrok on that.......lol it's always something ! te ehee Glad you like my rubber ducky counting system ! lol |

New user 1 | Subject: RE: GIRL PASSING ON LEFT MENTOR GROUP (OPEN) Hey! I would love to be in your group, I feel that you would be a perfect match for me and I feel that I too, could contribute to the group! This is my first mini triathalon, I will be competting in April and it consists of a 400 yd swim, 14 mile bike, and 3 mile run. I used to run cross country and track at Texas A&M University, but don't have too much biking/ swimming experience. Is there any words of advice you have for the beginning and first week/s training and what they should consist of? Thanks, Brooke Lynne |

Thanks, Brooke Lynne Hi Brooke Lynne, My advice to you would to be get in the pool (join a masters swim team if possible) and start training on a bike, even if it is stationary....do you own a bicycle? and if so do you ride it all? and what kind of bike? love the picture of you with the guitar...will you play a little tune for us? |

Extreme Veteran 608 | Subject: RE: Girl Passing on Left (FULL) Hello and Good Morning to you BT group. I hope it's a great day/week for everyone. Well I did my weigh in and lost 3 pounds, I wanted more but I will take it. What about anyone else? I would like to do a little weight loss challenge if it's ok with Julie. Maybe we could put the people that want to lose 10 in a group, the people that want to lose 20 in a group and so on... I will give the winner in each group a T-shirt with a motivational saying on it and their name. What does everyone think??? I know I want to lose 30, any other takers? Quote for the day: Anyone that thinks they can...CAN. Anyone that thinks they CAN'T...Can't. It is a matter of ATTITUDE! Amy IN |

Can't wait to meet. Amy IN |

Pro 4343 Olney, MD | Subject: RE: Girl Passing on Left (FULL) Morning! I had a bad swim today. I just didn't have any energy. I was supposed to be doing sprint sets alternating with regular sets but it just wasn't happening. I nearly gave it up completely around the halfway mark but managed to finish off 90% of of my intended workout. Can I go back to bed? |
