This is a pretty big team. We might end up with all of BT blown up!

The worst part of making a team roster is collecting/adding the links for each individual. I started this, but with 40 team members I gave up (at least for now)

nope didnt swim today...and wont be swimming til Monday...but have 8000m already logged for the month.

hoping that if you are one of the girls with a "0" next to your name...get to that pool and swim...you will feel better and you surely dont want to let the girls team down by causing us to lose to those SCHMAK talking boys or what you really and truly dont want is Dee to tase you!!

Nicole good luck in your race...not sure who else is racing but if you are - I hope you have a great day. Make sure to have a GREAT BIG smile on your face when you finish!

all schmacktalkin aside.

back from my THREE HOUR TOUR.

NO i did NOT see GILLIGAN. damnitall...

some shifting issues w the bike (mostly me, partly the bike)

taking it back to the LBS for some finetuning/adjustments.

but....

better issues today then next week during my race.

sure to get ironed-out. not a problem.

feelin' REALLY good about finishing the MS150, no problemo. well....w some hard work, but i WILL finish,nodoubtaboutit.

RACIN' FOR THE CURE TOMORROW.

No swim for me yesterday as I fell asleep at the wheel yesterday and crashed my car over a kerb and blew out both tires on the right hand side. Thankfully I am ok however but will now have to do some catching up sometime.

I've lived in houses with girls and never had a godo experience. admittedly the ones i've lived with were Selfish, took ages in the bathroom (ie why would you spent 45 minutes doing yourselfup in the only bathroom in the house when you have your own room and its out of the way then), and generally Pains in the arse
