 Where do they overlap?  A place to start?

This is a good idea. Oddly difficult though. My confidence has gone in the toilet the last few years. Having a hard time with the things I'm good at. But I'll do it!!!

Ask your daughter or someone else to help

Have you looked at doing something with your photos?  Gallery or something?

I know Peter Lik personally, but unfortunatly, not well enough to probably get any help.  I thought about asking if he wanted an assistant to trek around the world for his shots and lug his camera around, but he does most of his work solo.  He is very much a hermit when it comes to his work.

Recently, if the name of the day starts with a M, S, W, F or T, I hate it.

Here's something to spice up Monday afternoon. Got a reply email from Superman. 2 weeks after I sent it.
He thinks we are too much alike and wouldn't balance each other out, but would be an interesting conversation to have.

WTF. 

Monday's seem worse than the other days of the week - mainly because for 2 whole days I get to be with people all day and then Monday comes along and all those people go back to work.  Then I'm alone at home not wanting to go out cuz if I don't go out then I don't spend any money. 

Sigh. 

He's laying down the groundwork for NOT getting serious before you even start the conversation.

I think this is the third time I have said this.

It's not you, it's him and he's NOT interested in anything serious.  If he was, he woudl be chasing you down.  If you want that, move on.  If you are happy with bootie calls, stick it out.

Why is he named superman anyway?  Seems far from super to me.  Mediocreman.

That's true.  I seem to remember that happening to me at some point in my life...  I forget when though.

Did you go through these kinds of feelings too?  Mondays just seem so much harder than the other days of the week. 

True and that fun will include a 2.4-2.5+ mile swim - sans wetsuit as the chafing from Saturday is still too terrible to even consider wearing one yet!

When I was unemployed and eveyone was working...  Yeah, sucked.  But that was before when all my friends were 9-5ers.  Now, they are all over the place when it comes to work schedule.  So over 10 years ago?

I just remember feeling left behind on Mondays when everyoen else went back to work.

I'm eating a Yogurt Peanut Crunch protein bar.  It's doesn't taste nearly as good as it sounds, and it doesn't even SOUND that good, so you know where that leaves it.

I called home and talked to my dad on Friday and asked him to tell my mom to call me...  No call.

When your own mom doesn't return your calls?  Rock bottom? 

He wore a Superman t-shirt out to a bar once - under a zip hoodie I think. I casually mentioned it in TAN and everyone jumped on it like whoa.

I hear you. It's just discouraging. Does a number on my self-confidence and such.

It's a meaningless cop out too.  Too much alike?  Whatever.  That's just some non "offensive" excuse he can hang his hat on that means absolutley nothing to discribe is lack of wanting to commit.  Besides, I think closer together is better than polar opposits.  less potential conflict, IMO.

It doesn't matter if you are the same or different, if there's chemistry, there's chemistry.

Nothing.  Just back from a mini vaca so the fridge is empty.  I was going to pick up items on the way home.

I get to head out to pick up my middle guy from football practice in an hour.  5th/6th grade, and they all look the same from across the fields.  I get a kick out of standing by the parking lot waiting to see which football-player-form will materialize into my kid when the helmets come off.  So I've got that to look forward to.
