Ever look at yourself in the mirror and think `When did you get old?'

I just had one fo those moments. I think I just need a haircut. And a face lift.

Hasn't happened yet.  But I try to stay out of the mirrors.  Honestly, if I look, it's just at my fabulous hair or if the clothes make my butt look good...  I can't recall the last time I just gazed upon myself in the mirror.

The power of the internet still impresses me sometimes - in particular, the search engines.  I was looking for a book I read as a kid (the other thread made me try to remember it).  I guessed and guessed at the title in Amazon with no luck.

So, did an google search of "Three boys have a trailer hidden in a junk yard that solve crimes"...  Sure enough, first guess was someone who was describing the books using similar key words (and thankfully, gave the name of the series)...

Cool.  Now I just type in long sentences of exactly what I'm looking for and get pretty good results.  Some, not so good...  Oh, and I have to be SOMEWHAT carefull in the words I choose or I get some colorful recomendatons..

Morning, TAN! Back from Ragnar - at my desk hoping I didn't pick up bronchitis from two sick teammates.

How is everyone on this fine hump day?

I know! With Big Bear on Friday, and leaving for training on the 21st, there is no room for sick on my agenda.

Morning TAN and hi Elaine!!

Stay away from the sick people!!!   Some of the hospitals in Chicago are turning people away that are coming in with the nasty flu that's going around right now... I might just not leave the apartment until this goes away.  I don't wanna be sick!!!

No, I didn't! I had her and 2 other Rev3 teammates there... but I managed not to come across any of them.

We had a SUPER early start time and barely saw any of the 500+ teams.

I was following her progress and had a feeling it would have been a long shot for you to run  into her.  I knew there were a lot of teams, but had no idea there were that many!

From what she has posted she had a great time.  I hope you did as well.

The term `old man' when referring to a boyfriend, husband or father should just be done away with. The only time `old man' should be used is when we're talking about a man who is old.

But the boyfriend IS an old man... sort of. Relative to me.

Hmm well in that case you can't use it as a noun. Instead from here on out it shall be used as an adjective.

As in ...

`This weekend I'll be hanging out with Elaine and her old-man boyfriend at the cabin.'
