Did you join the "spring challenge?" I am NOT doing the spring one, because I wanted at least a little break. I didn't get any dings during the first one, and I WANT SOME DESSERT! I did. I kind of want a break, but I also don't want to go back to all the stuff I was eating. |

Master 2339 somewhere over the rainbow | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps morning team! yeah, i DID just get up. i know on the east coast it's almost noon, how are you all handling that storm? everyone ok? i married a super great fella who gets up with the kids and lets me sleep in until 830 (unless i've been up all night with kids, then sometimes i get to sleep in until 10!!) it's been raining HARD all night, and i'm so excited to run my little two miles today (of course i JUST looked out the window and it's just BARELY raining now-NATURALLY when i want to run it would stop pouring have a good day all. |
)oh well, running anyway. i think my dear trainer said i had tomorrow off running, maybe i'll ride my bike (oh how i've missed her, the little dear-all closed up in the garage all winter while we had snow) or if it's icky out, maybe it'll be a yoga/pilates day. gotta have my peach dontcha know.

At this point my Y is still open so it looks like my spin class is a go tonight. Doing one of Jorge's hard training rides- six 5 minute intervals at max power. Should be fun and definitely worth a peach. |
