Bike: 35:53 Pace: 20.7 T2:0:54 Pl: 38 Run: 22:59 Pace: 7:24 Overall Time: 1:15:56 Crossed the finish line at a 4:29 pace... Yes, 4:29 tis tru. Had to pace slow to start as part of the run was trails and dirt roads. Great course. |
