Sorry.  Like I said...post a wishlist and nudge me if I forget...I have a few I can toss your way.

Ok, noob question - do I need to do all these levels 3 times (master all the jobs at the street thug level 3 times, all the jobs at the associate level 3 times), etc.?

YES.  You do all the jobs once--the bars will all fill to blue.  When the last bar fills to blue they will then all empty again and you will have to do them all again.   Once you fill them up the THIRD time they will stay all blue and you will get some kind of reward for completing the tier.

Have you added all of us to your mafia?

Yes, I think I've added everyone except Jimbo who I don't think posted his info. In fact, I think my "Top Mafia" is entirely BT members .

just sent you a request. i think my settings are such that i don't show up in searches. but "Thaddeus J Peckenpaugh" is my facebook pseudonym, and i'm "The Chicken Man" in MW.

those untraceable cell phones are killer. moving on to cuba for a bit before going back to rob the electronics store a few hundred times.

There is a job in the first section of Russia where it seems to be easier to loot the cell phones, at least a better chance than the electronics store in my experience...

I also need to finish the underboss level. If anyone wants to trade I have 15 BMP's or 270 PC's I could trade for UCP/ITR/CS. I also have tons of medium quality items that I have no use for because they aren't my best, i.e Garza 9/M16A1/RPG Launcher/Napalm/Bookie's Holdout Pistol/RA-92/Bodyguards/Street Gang Member. If anyone wants these let me know.

So I don't think they want anyone to finish Moscow ever. I was just browsing around and here is what I cam across.






This is stupid. I am stuck on episode 3 chapter 2 because I need 40,000,000 to do the next job. If they don't change this I may end up not playing because waiting a year to get enough money to do these jobs is lame.

I'm with ya Josh.  Rapidly losing interest.  Moscow has done nothing to feed my addiction and the cash you earn from the businesses or from doing the "high paying" jobs is a drop in the bucket when it comes to what needs to be purchased in order to progress forward.  Meanwhile, I just keep on banking Cuban pesos and buying NY casinos......

So... Are they ever going to let us rob again?

Okay, I am still on Episode 1 of Russia....second Level, Chapter 1...and it says I need 8 delivery vans...but when I click on the red square nothing happens...I can't "buy" it, it isn't on the loot list, and doesn't appear to be a loot item in Russia.

Suggestions?????  I am mystified...been trying for days....

p.s. I also heard that if you repeatedly ask for help with the Dimitri job it pays like $2M per time...

Well, it just depends.  Supposedly if you pay attention to the energy to experience ratio you can level up quicker.  But eventually you do need to get ALL the jobs done.  Sometimes I will look at the ratio depending on what I am trying to do...i.e. if I am about to level up and "waste" energy I will try to do jobs that require more energy compared to the experience you get.  But if I'm FAR from leveling I'll go the other way around.  But in general I just do jobs to complete the levels....

is anyone else's mafia shrinking... I was up to 512 ish and suddenly today I'm at 502,,, it's odd   I'll get up in the high 510's or 520's and one day I'm barely over 500...

did they change it so if you are no longer FB friends they don't count in your mafia now??

If they do, I'm F'ed. 

I still have 756 like I did yesterday.

I'm still at 138.

I wonder if someone in your mafia clicked the "remove non friends" thing or maybe they just quit?  There's the real question...if someone else removes you from their mafia, does that remove them from YOUR mafia?
