I was really strugglin with it almot daily since Ive moved in the lead up to chrissie... The first couple of days this week I was fine which was exciting but that last couple are very very bad.. and rush hour isnt quite as bad as it could be right now with people still on holidays! Think I need to just try and get more sleep... Im seeing the doc tonight to get a medical clearance for the gym, maybe I can ask then about the sleep problems too but I really dont want to be medicated if I can help it... |
