1st Heroes challenge watch is tonight. I haven't swam yet, but I did do a 19.5 bike ride yesterday with 3 of our fellow Tri-Donkai members, the tri Tri-Donkettes! And to top it off, I joined "the club" for a 4th time this year! Wow! Looks like everyone is doing great so far!

I'm glad I was spared from having to report the mini-week, because I was way to busy playing with my kids...but I put them on a plane this afternoon so its back to business for me.

(FYI...in case you were wondering, or not...I'm a professor with a visiting gig this semester - all things considered, it made more sense to leave my hubby & the girls at home and just commute every couple weeks. It's been tough, but there are only 5 weeks left and one of those is Thanksgiving, where I'll be home for a whole week. I can't wait to be back with my family!)

Professor of law...but I don't know anything about tax law. Now, if you have an invention that needs patenting, well that's the kind of law I do...but I'm not licensed to practice in any state except the District of Columbia.

Edited to add...I have a fear of OWS too. Guess I can't help with that one.

I feel like a blog idiot. Couldn't find the thread. Been running full steam ahead, which is my only goal for Nov. time constraints have limited my training.

Now that I've discovered the trhread, I'll keep in touch.

i checked off one of my 4 spin classes today - it was painful, i am tired, but i did it! i feel behind on swimming and running but i'll get there.

Once you have the thread open, click favorites and save it. That way when you want to go to th thread you do not have to hunt through the list.
