| Subject: RE: Astana 9th stage done today. 75miles in the heat with a tough climb in the middle. Didn't bring enough calories or lava salts and had some cramping issues toward the end. Oh well live and learn. total now: 9 stages 377.39 miles 69.88% completed 5 rides and 123miles to go. |

Veteran 271 Middle Tennessee | Subject: RE: Astana I got my 6th ride in today. I'm a little short according to the amount of days that have elapsed since the beginning of the challenge. We have completed 65% so far and I am only at 61%. I should be ok by the end as I have at least 4 more scheduled rides and I need to make sure they average at least 24 miles each. How is everyone else doing? |

If it rains, I will hit a spin bike at the gym and nail my goal dead on. If the weather is nice, I will join my local group ride and blow my target out of the water.  |
