I swam tonight. For the 1st time EVER I Just couldn't be bothered, but I struggled through and swam 2500 meters. Plus the pool was all mine. MINE I SAY! MINE!   Now I'm praying my stupid foot/ankle will stop shooting pain at me. Buggah! 

Actually Lyssa. The question is more "Are you sure you want to be friends with ME"?

I just changed my location. My bloody ankle is giving me so much gip right now. I think I've gone and pinched a nerve in it thanks to cycling in my shoes with no socks. What a numpty I am.  It's not swollen or anything, it's just that I am getting these horrible arsed shooting pains. Sort of like toothache. Grrrrr.  I don't think there's anything I can do about it. I fell on my shin a few years back (drunk) and took about 20 layers of skin off it and damaged nerve ends....this is so pants. I hope it goes away as quickly as it came.

Anyway Lyssa. Yes. We shall be doing brick works in Seward Park.  Mmkay? That's our 1st meet up point. Why? Because I say so, that's why. 

Hey. My bike shoes are worth TWICE more than the bike is worth. I think I already win!

What's a flump?

I'll be getting out for 30 or so miles tomorrow. Temps are supposed to be in the 40's...woo hoo!

but instead...I just looked and saw a couple pics of your flumps....I think we can surely do some sort of trade...I am a bit curious about your so-called flumps...so, a box for a box? I hope you like chewy marshmallow treats...because that is what you will be getting! any flavor color in particular? and finally do you like chicks or bunnies? hehe

Well I did my trail run this morning. Supposed to be a 10K BUT silly Lynne took a turn too short and ended up doing only 4 1/2 miles. Pants. Still loads of fun. Had breakfast with Leslie (Medusa_Ann) so now I'm all full and nappy.   The last time I did this trail run I took a wrong turn and ended up doing 8 miles instead of 6 so it's all good! Great place to run ..... and leave your keys in the car

Bike ride tomorrow I think. I feel really rather good today.  

PS. I found my nutella! I have TWO jars now.  Mmm NOM.

I tried that, but only got hits on some sort of animated program. Wikipedia gave the clue to try plumps + sweets to get to the marshmallow twists.

Nice job on your run today!! gotta go ride! gonna try and get a quick flat 25 miler ridden today - flat that is with the exception of the Dumbarton bridge...just tiny little hill...want to save myself for tomorrows ride...because tomorrow will be the DH choice and I am sure it will be ALL up!!! and seconds of downhills!! don't know how he finds these roads that just keep going and going and going....but I guess it helps me to be a stronger peep....right?!?
