3 mile run this morning. Staying in my HR zones (140-160)... Trying to level out that "Old Man HR".... Starting raining on the back end mile.. Was great. The perfect cool me off. Now it's off to work to babysit a crew of project managers....

Hi Elephants I am Torben, the white elephant, well actually all our snow is gone so I will hopefully get to bike outside this month My goal this month is to get in some volume and find some speed (in all disciplines) I an A race at the beginning of May and I soooooo want to be ready for it Else I have 2 races this month first 2 duathlon trail-running and mountain biking, then a 5k run where I will hopefully get a new PB Well I can always hope right I been in quite a few challenges but I actually don’t think I have ever been on the same team as any of you before, so I am looking forward to see what you can do

well, I did my morning swim - in the 10yd pool, ugh.  They SAID the main pool (25yd) would be open as of Monday but obviously not!  I did get a better workout as I wore my trishorts and the top I THOUGHT I'd be racing in... found out I get a fair bit of drag from it.  Time to reconsider the coverage options.

Hi All

I was assigned to the team today . Will post goals soon. Need to look at my training plan and race and run schedule.  Team Name seems appropriate as i run in the super clydesdale division when its offered.

Are we doing the double mileage for races ?

I forgot to inform the powers that be that I'm racing (a super sprint) this Saturday, and so I would like to get double for that. Who shall I tell?

I kicked my own a$$ today- a 33.82 mile ride and a 2000 swim and a strength session.

Ow, ow, ow. Need a hot bath. Need a massage.

Vacation is fun when you have time to work out like this. I'll be fast asleep by 9, and ready to start again.

Just log it double when you add to the spreadsheet.  You're on the honor system for that.

That's why I like challenges! It gets me to do the work, when I would just love to skip it...

Good job!
