I'd like to join in, if possible. I'm starting out at 214, and I'd like to get as far below 200 as possible.

So did everyone have a nice labor day weekend?  I was good about my diet throughout last week but then kind of fell off it over the long weekend...  But I'm still down almost a pound from last week, thankfully.

Busy day at work today, so I'll get the updated list out this evening.

9/2: 159.2. Again, wrong direction. This week, I foresee a huge move in the right direction though.

I weighed in this morning at 165.5.  Same as last week, but that means I didn't gain anything on vacation.

Hey everyone, sorry to post this a couple days late.  Here's the current list.  If you notice any errors, just let me know and I'll fix them right away.  I didn't add up the deltas from last week to this week yet (still need to get it automated in Excel, and I'm an Excel newbie), but the total deltas are there.  dixrp is currently in the lead with 7 pounds lost so far.  Way to go!!

Just to add some motivation, I'll throw some data out there... If we all hit our goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of the year, as a group it would total 480 pounds.

That's equivalent to three 160-pound adults!

Or another way of looking at it is that the calories from our combined weight loss could sustain 1 adult for over 2 years, on a diet of 2000 calories per day.

Amazing, isn't it?   Let's do it!!
