Subject: RE: The NY20 Challenge!Just to add some motivation, I'll throw some data out there... If we all hit our goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of the year, as a group it would total 480 pounds. That's equivalent to three 160-pound adults! Or another way of looking at it is that the calories from our combined weight loss could sustain 1 adult for over 2 years, on a diet of 2000 calories per day. Amazing, isn't it? Let's do it!! |
