I was thinking more around a 2:30 but said more like 2:45 and rolled across at 2:19 talk about a surprise!! so ya never know what the day holds |

T1 is long, about half a mile up hill then down and back up to wherever the bike is racked. T2 isn't bad, straight out of the park. |

Veteran 250 Cape Coral, FL , Florida | Subject: RE: Black Flies Team thread antti where you at over there? just asking cause i been there a few times but cannot remember where i know it was by the port , but really its kinda close to everything i guess . i was there 2-3 times i dug it cause it was a good break from Jordan, Saudi, Kuwait, UAE i guess the best thing they always had some beer when we got there |

(I've never done a du, any advice about pacing would be welcomed) I understand the first run would be conservative, ride like the wind, then run a solid second run. Correct?? |

| Veteran 250 Cape Coral, FL , Florida | Subject: RE: Black Flies Team thread i am getting winds out of the east but its from the storm heck i cant think of its name the one down south of FL. had some when the other one passed us for a few days but thats it. the weed thing cracked me up !! dreams omg i had one last night it was during the IM i got to my bike and it was empty no bottles, shoes, helmet nothing just the bike sitting there thats what i woke up to and said well i planned a ride so lets go.. if they keep up its gonna be a long 50 days |
