Happy Monday P.O.G.'s!  Hope everyone had a great weekend.  I had a blast but had WAY too much candy, wine, etc.  Soooo, today I am off to the gym.  Think I'll swim this morning and run this afternoon.  Gotta see how the meeting at Cole's (middle child) school goes first.  I'm thinkin' I'll need to blow off some steam after so I will wear my running gear and head off afterwards!  Supposed to be close to 60 degrees here today so I want to take advantage of the nice weather while it lasts!  What's on tap for you all???

I did a swim this morning I'll either run or bike tomorrow. Maybe run to my polling place? Perhaps getting there stinky would get me moved to the front of the line!

I take my son swimming and then teach a swim lesson on Mondays, so I hope to get in a few laps for myself.

40 min Z1 run for me tonite.  I HATE this time change - barely have time to run before it's dark and I get off work at 4!  I dread the days getting even shorter.

Nice work fellow POGgers.  Just finished my spin classes.  Put together a playlist for election eve without being too partisan (on blog).  I like music that makes the class more fun.  Thanks for making the team list Erica.  It looks appropriately military with the colors.  Have a great week all.

Nice playlist!  Headed to the polls soon.  Should be an interesting day! My five year old got up this morning and asked who the new president was.  Told him we had to vote today and find out tomorrow (hopefully).  After voting, I'm off to run.  Hoping to find my running mojo today.  It has left me and I have been having a heck of a time lately.  Hope to turn it around today!

I ran first then went to vote on the way to work. I waited about 35 minutes from when I got into line until I had finished voting.

Voted!  No wait at my polling place.  Got right in and took my time to explain it to my seven year old who is quite interested.  Nice.

Got my run on after voting.  My mojo is coming back, finally!

Hi POGs.  3 down for the week and 2 to go.  I can say that it won't be happening tonight.  My throat is just about to kill me and I think there's a tribe of boogie men living in my head.  Fever too...ugh.

I got to wait in line at the polls for a little over 2 hrs with my 4 y/o.  He was pretty good.  He was full of questions about what we were doing and it is really hard to put it into 4 y/o terms

Nice!  I just finished my short 2 mile jaunt.  I think my running mojo is back!  Finally.  I was in a funk for awhile.  I still have 11 minutes left to do for the day so, I'm gonna pump some iron while Cole is at swimming lessons this afternoon.

Okay, gotta run, Cole has his hearing test in a few.  See ya later team!

Spinning class this morning for 1:15.

Plan to have some fun with a new foam roller this afternoon (Coach made me get it).  Anyone use one of these?  If so, what do you do on it?

I use a foam roller after every run to help loosen up my IT bands and to keep my kneecaps happy. Basically, I roll the outside of my thighs from knee to hip, about 90 seconds on each leg. I also do my quads. It hurts so good!

I did 45 minutes on the trainer stand.
