Veteran 144 Tucson | Subject: RE: Team Blizten - Dec. Limiter Challenge ratkat - 2008-12-04 10:22 PM Good morning team.... Again I am stuck in my usual mind games.... Go outside to run tonight or just go on the treadmill.... I think I will end up on the treadmill again, because I am a wuzz and I don't like to run in the cold and the darkness.... Also tonight, some Salsa dancing.... And before that I have to organize a cake... One of my friends is moving back to Germany for good by the end of the month and this will be her "last dance" around here.... So on tab for today as soon as work is done: 1 running session, organize a cake and maybe some ballons and then some Salsa... A run is still a run whether it's treadmill time or not. This time of the year you've gotta take what you can get! |

It finishes today !!! Had i known i would have run longer . Great that you could get out there and brave those terribly low temperatures! All kidding aside, great run Paul! Speaking of the spreadsheet, we've got 4 team members who haven't logged a thing yet including one who hasn't even stated a challenge goal. Please, if you've done the work, log it so that you and we get credit for it. |

Pro 4343 Olney, MD | Subject: RE: Team Blizten - Dec. Limiter Challenge I did a 30 mile ride today; 28F when I went out, 33F when I finished. Compared to my last cold ride, today my body was colder overall but my hands and feet were warmer and my core got less sweaty, so overall I was more comfortable today. |
